Vision Performance LLC dba Compass360™ (VP) warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. If you feel that your product is defective in any way you may:
1. Return the product to the VP dealer from which it was purchased. The dealer will make the determination if the product is defective and if so either replace the product with a new one or refund the purchase price of the product to you.
2. Return the product directly to VP. Prior to returning product, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). You can reach our customer service department at Info@Compass360gear.com during normal business hours. Upon receipt of the product, VP will determine if the product is defective, and if so, will either repair or replace the product. Cash refunds are not available.
Completion of the "Owners Registration Card” is not necessary for you to receive the warranty coverage set forth in the previous paragraphs. However, VP would appreciate the card being completed and mailed as soon after purchase as possible. This warranty begins at the date of the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage.
This warranty is void where failure to comply with the above representations is due to unreasonable use, misuse, accident, damage or alteration of the product. Owner is responsible for ordinary maintenance and care of the product.
VP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF SUCH PRODUCT.FishUSA StaffProfessional Angler
