Here, we pride ourselves on our relationships with our customers, our employees, our business partners, and our community. These relationships link all of us...and we take them seriously!
We all know that every one of us must continue to take precautions such as social distancing, handwashing, cleanliness, and monitoring our health seriously--to protect ourselves, our loved ones, and everyone else with whom we connect. We’re doing that here in our building and in our homes, and we hope that you are also taking every possible step to stay safe!
Through all of this, family, friends, faith, and of course, fishing, are still at our core. And as so many of you have been telling us, you’re also appreciating these things even more than ever!
Just know that at America’s Tackle Shop, we’re working as hard as ever to keep serving you with excellence, and with no interruptions! We’re working closely with vendors every day (and on weekends, too) to expedite shipments into our warehouse, and we’re working every bit as hard to get your favorite products to you as fast as possible. We’re even adding new products and brands to our website almost every day!
Team FishUSA is working hard as we have for 20 years--in the true American spirit--because we’re all in this together!
So take a deep breath, enjoy and appreciate those who are special to you, and thank everyone who is on the front lines fighting to keep us safe! Doctors, nurses, emergency personnel, first responders, and so many others! They need and deserve our support!
And please know that as we reflect on this, our 20th anniversary, we are as thankful for you and as committed to serving you as ever. YOU are the reason we love doing what we do, and together, we’ll beat this challenge, and hopefully, enjoy some great fishing on the way!

During this challenging time, we want you to know that the safety of you and our employees are top priorities. We are closely monitoring key COVID-19 developments and are taking guidance from public health agencies, professionals, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and other government agencies. For the safety of employees and customers, alike, we have temporarily closed our Pro Shop. It will remain closed until further notice.
Today, we are maintaining regular Customer Service and Shipping hours and will do everything possible to continue offering REEL Fast Shipping and every other service without delays or interruptions. On March 26, 2020, UPS announced a suspension of its Service Guarantee on all shipments from any origin to any destination. Because of this, it's possible that temporary delays may take place but we are working diligently to ship all packages from our building. To learn more, please click HERE.
On April 1, 2020, the United States Postal Service announced that, effective April 3, it will no longer accept or process items to select countries including Cayman Islands, Chad, Ecuador, French Polynesia, Honduras, India, Kuwait, Libya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mongolia, New Caledonia, Panama, Peru, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Bolivia, Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe. Because of this, it is possible that customers in these countries may exerience temporary delays until the suspension of service is lifted.
