    Being an older guy, it is difficult to just bend all the way over or hop down on my knees. I was really hoping that I could use a standard extension with this to make the reach earlier. Seems like the hex is 8mm or so, and it is difficult to find an 8mm extension. I had to make one. Otherwise, this is heavy duty and well made. Does what it says.

    I'm an older guy, and it is getting difficult to get down on the ice and back up. This adapter looks to be very strong and functional, but the hex shaft is not a standard 1/4", but rather, it is 8mm. I would have loved to get a standard drill bit extension so I could reach the ice, but unfortunately there is nothing like that available for 8mm.
