Who Can Use Contactless Curbside Pickup?
Customers who reside in Pennsylvania can place Contactless Curbside Pickup orders. The option to choose Contactless Curbside Pickup will automatically appear in your “shipping options” at checkout. For customers in neighboring states who may be in close proximity to our Pro Shop and would like to pick up your order, please contact our Customer Service team at 800.922.1219 to request Contactless Curbside Pickup.
When Can I Pick Up My Order?
When your order is ready, you will receive an email notification that it can be picked up, outside of the FishUSA Pro Shop. Our daily Contactless Curbside Pickup times are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
How Does Pickup Work?
When you arrive outside of the FishUSA Pro Shop to pick up your order, please remain in your vehicle. Your pickup confirmation email will include a telephone number for you to “check in” upon arrival. Once you call to check in, a member of our Contactless Curbside Pickup team will bring out your order and place it in your vehicle. Our team member will be wearing a mask and gloves, and will adhere to all social distancing protocols. We ask that all customers wear a mask, remain in their vehicle and also adhere to social distancing measures.
FishUSA is thrilled to offer Contactless Curbside Pickup on our growing selection of fishing kayaks! If you order a kayak, please make sure you have a vehicle or trailer capable of transporting your boat along with all of the necessary hardware and accessories. Because of social distancing restrictions, no FishUSA employees will be able to assist with loading your kayak onto your vehicle or trailer. Our Contactless Curbside Pickup team will bring your boat outside. We ask that you wait until these team members return to the building before you exit your vehicle to load your boat.
What Happens If An Item Is On Backorder?
Some items may not be readily available for pickup. In this case, a member of our Contactless Curbside Pickup team will be in touch with additional information shortly after you place your order. FishUSA reserves the right to cancel backordered items that are unavailable within seven days of the date you place your order.
What If I Need To Make A Return?
If you need to return an item or items from your Contactless Curbside Pickup order, you may do so online. Please see our return policy and instructions for making a return HERE. You may also return your items inside the Pro Shop during its open hours.
