    Striker Ice Mens Trekker Jacket

Really nice jacket! Kept me warm with very little else on. The only negative would be that it’s a little stiff. Hoping that will loosen up with use.

Nice jacket, hope it floats! Don't really want to know though! Could use more pockets.

I would just like to start out by saying that I'm a HUGE fan of Striker Ice products. I have the Predator Series jacket and bibs, and they are excellent. The only issue I have with the Predator bibs is that they are heavy. So, I decided to get another lighter Striker Ice suit, and the Trekker Series seemed to be the ticket. However, when I got the suit, it was heavier than I thought it was going to be. The bibs are a 'little' lighter than the Predator Series, but not by much. I fish out of a heated shack like most fishermen, so the Trekker is perfect. It's got enough insulation to handle the extreme cold, and not too heavy for fishing in a heated shack. One thing I noticed in all the Striker Ice bibs is that they seem to be heavier than the matching suit jacket. If you do a lot of kneeling on the ice, you want the extra insulation, so the Predator series is the way to go, but once in the shack, the Predator bibs can be heavy and very warm. If you are looking for one suit that you can use not only for ice fishing, but on cold spring and fall boat fishing, the Trekker gets the thumbs up. FYI, I'm 6'2' 245 pounds and the XL bibs are long on me. I bought the 2XL jacket, and it fits great. And just a quick thanks to FishUSA for a great deal on this suit. Stay safe and tight lines !!!
