You can turn any Bradley Smoker (sold separately) into a cold smoker unit by just moving the bisquette burner outside the smoke box. The Smoke Adapter has been constructed from powder coated steel. The adaptor fits between the smoke tower and generator with the help of a flexible aluminum tube. This tube lets the smoke cool before it reaches the food, letting you do true cold smoke.
