I use both these reels trolling for striper with live bait. I love the lever drag system as it makes on the fly adjustments while fighting fish much easier. Also, the handle gives a very positive grip even when wearing thick winter gloves. The value of these reels is also unbeatable. I currently own 2 of both sizes with plans on buying 4 more. If you are looking for a lever drag level wind that doesn't break the bank, look no further. The only down size is they are a bit bulky, but for trolling I don't mind.
