It features an impressively loud knocking sound that will have Bass swarming to it! The SPRO Wameku Shad 70 Lipless Crankbait is the design idea of Bassmaster Elite Series angler Shinichi Fukae. Taking inspiration from the Japanese word wameku, which translates as "to shout," the SPRO Shad 70 is one loud, attention-grabbing lipless crankbait! Not to be outdone by the high-pitched knock and bright colors, you'll notice that the SPRO Wameku Shad 70 has two distinctive line ties. The tie at the back end promotes widely erratic action and is meant for fishing three-to-five-foot shallow waters where speedy retrieves could be best to resemble a fleeing baitfish. The tie closer to the front, or eye of the lipless crankbait, is intended to be used when you're casting into deeper five-to-eight-foot waters and seeking tighter and more subtle actions on the retrieve.
