Very Strong, Lightweight Excellent for River Kings

I have two of the 7'6" Medium rods. I usually use an 8'6" MH rod for King Salmon in the rivers but I went with the 7'6" Medium for tight quarter casting for Kings in smaller rivers. I was unsure if it could handle the Kings but I was impressed when I landed a 24lb King without problem using the 7'6" Medium rod in a small Michigan river. I love this rod!

Very Light

by -

So far I have fished walleye and small mouth with this rod and I am very satisfied. I cannot wait until the steelhead and browns are in this fall and winter. It may be a tad light for salmon, but maybe I will try it out. This rod shipped from the supplier and that took a little longer than anticipated, but not too bad. It was packed to withstand almost any accident. All in all...I like it!
