Ratings & Reviews
Good product, questionable service with delivery.
The kayak is great, exactly as I expected. Shopping on FishUSA was very easy on the website. The negative Two stars Were for the communication and the shipping.
After paying extra for the Express (3 day) shipping, it still took over a week to ship to California. There was no communication to inform me of the shipping process. I had to personally call and was told to contact the shipping company for tracking. I was also not informed that the pedal drive was delivered separately. Good thing I was home to receive it.
Not my first time purchasing from FishUSA, so I was surprised with the quality of service with an expensive item somewhere in the USA for a week.
