Hooks r crom. They straiten out with 6 pound floro leader. Just a weak hook.

I use these hooks for both live and dead fish baits. the short shank allows easy ingestion for the fish and our catch levels are high. I have used all kinds of hooks but like this one the best as it catchs more fish.
