Great price and a Great lure
by Alwayscatchalot -
If you like to catch fish, then this a must have lure. Don't always think big is better. This number #1 will take some nice fish but will also allows you to catch smaller ones too. Which keeps you busy taking fish off your line. When using this on run plain, no hardware. Try without any sinkers but if you have to get down a little try adding a sinker. Good luck it will make you happy....
The best mid-sized spinner
by OhioFlyHeader -
The Mepps Aglia is hands down the best of the spinners in the mid-sized range. The action and blade spin are consistently perfect and you get great feel of the blade spin. I prefer Panther Martins in the really small sizes and Vibrax in the large sizes, but in #1 through #3 I think Mepps are the best.

One of My Go To Lures for Trout

A variety of colors that trigger fish to bite. Copper is hot when fish aren't aggressive.

I use sizes 4 and 5 on Lake Michigan and have surprisingly good luck using the black blade. Unlike some brands, the blade always spins whether your reeling in fast or slow. I have caught smallies, salmon, drum, catfish, lakers, rock bass, and perch with these lures. Very dependable and durable.
