Troy Creasy is a full-time, dedicated fishing professional with 28 years of experience fishing trout and salmon, and 25-years experience guiding. He spends over 300 days a year on the water, mostly on Lake Ontario and its tributaries, except for the roughly three months he spends on Pine Island guiding in the backwater. Creasy is a member of the Mustad, Maxima, Okuma, Yakima, Pro-Troll and Pautzke Baits Pro Staffs.

Having been very active in the fishing community since 1987, Creasy has served as president of the Oswego County River Guides Association, the NYS Fisheries Congress, the Lake Ontario Sportfishing Promotion Council, the Eastern Lake Ontario Salmon and Trout Association and the New York State Writers Association. He currently sits on a bi-national fisheries committee with Canada, helping develop strategies for future stockings of Lake Ontario. Creasy is currently the editor of Lake Ontario Outdoors magazine, a quarterly publication promoting outdoor sports in the Lake Ontario region.
