The Wapsi Golden Pheasant Complete Head has been a favorite of fly tiers for years, valued for both the crest as well as the bright colorful tippets. The crest feathers are used in nearly every full dressed Atlantic Salmon fly as either tailing materials or toppings. The tippets are used in traditional patterns and some steelhead patterns as wing material. The tippets are also used for tails on flies such Royal Coachmen and Trudes.
