13 Fishing Whiteout Ice Fishing Rod

by SS -

This is the 2nd 13 Fishing ice rod that I have purchased. I was looking for a little stiffer rod than the 13 Wicked ice rod but the very same quality which I am very happy with.

Quality rods

I own 4 of these rods. I have two 29.5 inch mediums and I use those for walleye jigging mostly rattle baits or heavier spoons. I have a 27.5 inch ML that I use for finesse walleye and perch. I jig mostly 1/8 ounce slender spoons and buckshots with the ML. and I have a 25.5 L which is great for perch and will handle walleye and most northern pike no problem if you happen to hookup with them accidentally. They are quality rods, they look good, feel good and are sensitive yet strong enough to catch whatever you wish to.

Certainly not great

Sure glad I have other rods I can depend on. First time I put a reel on, the cap over the tightening screw came apart. 13 fishing should be using a better epoxy to hold it together. Not a big deal since I have the better epoxy, but shouldn't of happened. Last 13 fishing rod I'll buy.
