The tapered design with Zonal Action Technology increases sensitivity, giving you faster responses to set those hooks into some trophy fish. This rod is constructed using a Poly Vector graphite technology, making it stronger and more durable than ever.

 

The Omen Black is sleek and beautiful. With a 4A hand-selected Portuguese full-cork handle, this rod truly is eye-catching. It has a light feel but packs a backbone for performance under pressure. This rod has a Japanese 36-ton Toray graphite construction with ALPS 316 stainless steel guides and zirconia inserts; it is built for pulling in those aggressive fighters! 13 Fishing added a custom Evolve ported reel seat and snaggle tooth hook keeper to keep the impressive list of features going. The 13 Fishing Omen Black 3 Casting Rod is truly a masterpiece – with class-defining balance and impressive strength, you'll never want to leave the water!

          It was great at first. But I got in last week. And it snapped within 5 days of having it! Not even snapping at the tip. It snapped half way down the pole after hooking a 4 pound bass. And I was under the requirements by using a 30 pound braid. Not happy at all that I had to go and get another rod to replace this terrible pole!
