Temple Fork Outfitters Tactical Series Drop Shot Casting Rods

Temple Fork Outfitters Tactical Series Drop Shot Casting Rods utilize a new proprietary scrim, in conjunction with TFO’s high modulus carbon fiber blank material, to save weight and increase sensitivity without sacrificing strength. These blanks are tastefully finished; simply polished, with a thin layer of matte clear coat to enhance the natural luster of the fibers, TFO’s trademark Color ID Split grip is further complimented by a two piece reel seat and a natural cork ring split grip.

Tactical Series Drop Shot Casting Rods are topped with TFO’s proprietary Tactical Series guides, machined stainless steel inserts are super hard chrome anodized then swaged into chromium impregnated stainless frame. These guides are super hard, super slick, and saltwater safe, which means no more lost fishing time due to lost inserts...and they’re 30% lighter than standard SiC guides.

These Drop Shot Casting models feature a light tip to help detect the lightest bites, but have more than enough power in the butt to fight the toughest fish. Designed for deep-water and fishing around cover.

Customer Reviews
Ventura, CA
 Nice bass rod
Pros: Smooth casting, good action
Best Uses: Drop shotiting plastic worms
Comments: I bought this rod to drop shot for bass and I am not disappointed. I get good casts with it and I like the action. TFO had free shipping direct from them in Texas, but they screwed up the address and the rod went to Pennsylvania instead of California. one call to FishUSA customer service and the rod was re-routed to me and they gave me a $10.00 credit for the mistake. THANKS FishUSA.
