 Great rod.
Pros: Sensitive with plenty of backbone.
Cons: None!
Comments: Finest rod I have owned. You can feel marble eyes breathing on your bait! Very sensitive with great backbone. I can't imagine there being a better rod! I use it for walleyes and smallmouths. Not worried about any size of those two fish and would probably handle a big pike or musky if played right. It is my go to rod fishing for anything but musky.

Comments: I have the med/light action rod and the sensitivity is amazing on it. I can feel every little detail on the bottom and can definitely feel every little hit. I use this for walleye and it works awesome for perch as well.

 "GREAT ROD"
Pros: Sensitive, strong & priced right.
Best Uses: vertical jigging
Comments: I purchased this rod for vertical jigging walleyes out of the Detroit River. I now have four of them and wouldn't use any other rod for river jigging. The sensitivity is outstanding, and the backbone strength is amazing. I have landed hundreds of 'eyes and a 52 lb. sturgeon and a 30 lb. musky with these rods. Great investment.

 Casts light jigs well
Pros: Sensitive, Accurate Casting
Best Uses: Casting, Jigging for Walleye
Comments: Got to try out the Eyecon a couple of days on a local lake, haven't hooked anything really good yet but know that the 6' 3" medium light rod will cast 1/16 and 1/8 ounces jigs well and is very sensitive. Hooked and landed several walleye up to 18 inches, can't wait to get into the bigger ones. Can't rate it a 5 until I test it out on some bigger fish!
