my favorite go to fuorocarbon leader
Pros: knot strength, As good as it gets, Easy To Handle, Easy To Store, Abrasion Resistant, Fish Don't Escape, great flouro, limp, Low Stretch, Strong
Best Uses: Float Fishing Leader, Freshwater, Tying Your Own Leader, clear water applications
Comments: best out there. love the soft resin coating making knots less likely to cut into themselves like fluoro is notorious for. tough and stiffer under soft exterior makes it very strong and dependable. very low viz/invisible to fish underwater. a little more expensive but worth every penny. seagar's yellow label "STS" gives you 100yds instead of 25 for the same price, and is my second favorite or tied for it at least, but i use the blue label when i want only the very best and am counting on it for success when fishing prized large steelhead and salmon. this is the fluorocarbon you want, bar none.

 Best Leader Material
Pros: Strong, limp, Easy To Handle
Best Uses: Any, fly, float, etc.
Comments: I have tried a lot of different leader material and this brand is the best. Strong, low vis, and limp enough to make knots easy to tie. I have used 6 lb test extensively while nymphing for BIG rainbows and it holds up very well.
The best of the best leader.
Pros: Abrasion Resistant, Virtually Invisible, Easy To Handle, Hold Knots Well, Low Stretch, Strong
Cons: Expensive
Best Uses: Tying Your Own Leader, Braid to Leader, Ice Fishing, Freshwater, Saltwater
Comments: Look no further this is one of the best leader material in the market. It is abrasion resistant which is perfect for fishing around rocks and weeds. I use the #40 for striped bass fishing whether it is tying my own live bait rig or surf casting with plugs. I know I have confidence when using this. It has never failed me. I also use this for leaders on my tip ups when I'm fishing for finicky trout through the ice. It makes it virtually invisible which is important especially when fishing in ponds or lakes that gets a lot of fishing pressure. I keep various sizes in different strength. I have tried other fluorocarbon leaders out there and I find myself always going back to Seaguar. Overall great product.

Comments: I've used P line, Blackbird, and Berkley vanish fluorocarbon leaders and the Seaguar blue label is the best line on the market. I used the 8lb which has almost the same diameter as the 6lb P line. make sure you wet the knot before you tie on your swivel or hook.

 leader for pike
Pros: Strong

not recommended for spinning reels
Pros: Good line on baitcaster
Cons: Cuts into bail
Comments: All florocarbon lines cut into bails on all spinning reels I have owned, and that's a lot... until the industry fixes the problem don't use florcarbon lines on them, or your just going to buy new reels or parts

 leader
Pros: Easy To Store, Looks Realistic, Easy To Handle, Irresistible to Fish, Good For Variety Of Fish, Fish Don't Escape
Best Uses: Salt Water, Jigging, Deep Water, Trolling, Fresh Water
Comments: We were out in the Winter King Derby here in Homer yesterday. This is the first time I've used flourocarbon leader for trolling. We didn't place in the derby, but we did land a nice 19pounder. There were over 700 anglers out there, and about 90 fish caught. Could be that our choice of leader made the difference for us, or maybe it was just luck -- who knows! I'll stick with this leader.
