Description

Rapala Fish'n Fillet Knives have progressively tapered, ultra-sharp blades constructed of Scandinavian stainless steel that runs the entire length of the handle. The classic birch handles are durable and offer a sure grip. The handle design includes an exclusive "lock notch" that secures the tang to brass ferrule for firm and rigid cutting power.

 Rapala Fish'n Fillet Knives
Pros: Very sharp, Flexible
Comments: I have had the 4" knife for some time, and it has always held a good edge. I bought the 9" knife for cleaning large fish. It is very sharp, with the most flexible blade I have found in a knife this size. Great for large fillets, or cutting large steaks.

 Best Knife on the Market
Pros: sharp
Cons: Can't think of one
Best Uses: Fresh Water, Venison
Comments: Grew up watching Dad clean fish with this knife, and it wasn't long before I knew why. Rapala made one heck of a knife. Very flexible and just the perfect shape for bass, walley, and smaller panfish. I also use this knife for de-boning venison. Great all around product. 2 thumbs up
