Really nice litle rod for the money

About Me:
Spend about 60-80 days per year fishing
Primarily an ultralight jigging specialist
Ordered a couple of these for yellow perch fishing. I had an older model of this pole which I love for light line jigging for perch and panfish. When I ordered the newest version, I noticed that they changed the color, the guides (much smaller) and where the reel sits (they moved it forward). Moving the reel forward essentially means that you have less "rod" in front of the reel to work with. I ordered the 5 foot one piece pole which my old pole was as well. Just returned from a great day perch fishing and I primarily used this pole. Outfished my partners about 2 to 1 using this pole and some 3lb test nanofil. Felt the lightest bites in a brisk wind. Excellent feel. I am ordering a couple more slightly longer.
Pros: sensitive, light, good balance
Cons: rod feels shorter than it is
Best Uses: panfishing
Best inexpensive graphite UL!!

About Me:

The rod is well made and very sensitive. The only thing I don't like is the micro guides. I guess because I'm used to normal guides, but these seem too small and I bet it decreases casting distance.
Pros: Inexpensive, Well Made, IM6 Graphite
Cons: Micro Guides
