Very good for the buck
Pros: Sturdy
Cons: Case could be improved
Best Uses: Stream or river wading
Comments: Great for getting in & out of streams/rivers ... Great for getting into areas to retrieve snagged lures ... Great for "quicker" water. Very good quality for the money ... *apply beeswax to joints for sliding apart easier ... Can become stuck if you slip and full weight is applied ... Would pay a couple bucks more for a better carrying sheath ... But if you are thinking about trying a staff- I recommend this one. Good tool.

 Worth the price
Pros: it works
Comments: I've used the staff several times already. It's durable, strong and out of the way. I hang it off my wader belt. I'm satisfied with the purchase and would buy it again.

Not too bad for the price
Pros: price, easy to re-holster, Sturdy materials
Cons: Shock cord is too long
Comments: For $25 the Pro Line Staff isn't too bad. While it doesn't unfold and immediately form a rigid staff like my old staff, all it takes is a little shake then a tap on the ground. The grip is comfortable and the holster is flexible which makes it easy to put back in. Haven't used it out on the stream yet so I'll find out if the not unfolding immediately into a tight staff causes any issues.

Good to have in the Winter
Pros: Light Weight, price, Good collapsed length
Cons: hard to free from mud
Comments: Santa Claus brought me one and I'm glad to have it, especially if there's snow on the banks and ice in the creek. Snaps together in seconds. Don't get it stuck in mud as the bottom section will be hard to pull free.

 Great wading staff

 Best wading staff yet!
Pros: Light Weight, Durable grip, goes together fast and quick break down.
Comments: We have had a number of wading staffs in the past but none has functioned as well as the Pro Line. It is light and easily folds into the carrying sheath. It assembles rapidly and provides excellent support while crossing fast moving water. It cost 1/4 the price of other name brand wading staffs that do not function any better. This is a great value and is a must buy for anyone looking for a quality folding wading staff.

Comments: Crafted as well as other competing products for many times the money. I would recommend this product over others. I've been looking for a reasonably priced quality folding wading staff for awhile.

Better than wading staffs costing twice
Pros: Durable grip, Double shock cord
Cons: Sections can come apart
Comments: This is a great, inexpensive staff - better than models costing twice as much. I've returned 2 similar models by other manufacturers due to poor quality. This one is much better. The attachment cord can be hooked to your wader belt, so you can wade to swift water and fish, then retrieve the staff and wade back to shore. Only downside is the sections can come apart when pulled out of soft (silt or mud) bottom streams.

Good replacement for my lost staff
Pros: Good collapsed length, Solid
Cons: Doesn't have a holster
Best Uses: Used for fishing hiking
Comments: I lost a Browning staff recently and this is almost the exact size as the previous staff. Perfect for my use except for the lack of a belt holster and an elastic cord and clip-on to secure it and avoid loosing it. I can fix that. Perfect for my use while wading rivers and hiking while fishing. Breaks down short enough and stores out of the way in my previous holster.

It's a good product at a great price.
Pros: The strap is realy handy, One handed operation, Sturdy
Comments: I've used the stick four times and find that it works as advertised. It truly is a one-handed operation and is as sturdy as my friend's much more expensive model. My relexes aren't what they used to be, and this stick has saved me from a couple of falls into the river that I fish. I'm really happy with my purchase.
