 uncorked by Korker
Comments: I love my chrome korker boots. I decided to get the carbide bottoms for those tougher streams..I wore them over the weekend. When I got home I noticed I was missing 5 of the studs all on one boot. I realize stuff happens and I wasnt worried knowing Korkers is a class company that stands by its product line. ..I returned the bottoms and recieved a replacement of the entire product not just the cleats missing...Back to the water tommorow.

 Studded rubber soles
Pros: interchangable, replacable, aggressive
Comments: Very happy with the studded soles they are very aggressive and seem to hold well. Love that I can change them out for a pair of plain rubber ones for hiking in and out of spots and just slap them back on. If they get worn you can change out the studs, happy so far.

 Better than version 2
Pros: Easier to swap out, Cover the entire sole of the boot - more stable, Big, aggressive studs for traction
Best Uses: winter wading
Comments: I've owned 2 pairs of Korkers with the difficult-to-swap interchangeable soles. I bought a new pair this year with the new style soles. The whole design is much better. The boots are still amazingly comfortable. They have a nicer speed-lace that makes taking them on and off easier. The soles are very quick to swap and cover the entire sole of the boot for more stability. These soles in particular have the more aggressive screw-in studs for use in ice or mud.

Comments: The idea is great but after only a few months of use the boots are starting to tear at the tab that I use to pull them on with.

 Korkers replacement soles
Pros: Fitn perfectly, Work well, Easy to change
Cons: May pull off in clay or t
Comments: Soles are easy to change but do require some stomping on a hard surface to seat fully. The only slight drawback is that if you enter a clay area or thick mud area, there is the potential that suction will pull the soul from the shoe, so one has to really pay attention not to lose the sole in that typ of situation. Otherwise, great product.
