Description

Through technology exclusive to Berkley, Gulp! releases scent 400X more than regular plastic baits. Gulp! is 100 percent biodegradable—the first bait of its kind.

Gulp! Floating Salmon Eggs are more effective and longer lasting than real Salmon eggs. These eggs won't dry out. They also stay on the hook, and can be used by fly anglers. They come connected together for versatile rigging techniques such as egg sacs and egg loops.

The Gulp! Floating Salmon Eggs come in a resealable 0.56 ounce jar.

 These Eggs work!!
Comments: These eggs worked great. Caught 25 brook trout on Farnsworth with 24 caught on Berkley Gulp! floating salmon eggs. Used a bb split shot about 6" above the hook using one egg at a time.

Great salmon and steelhead bait
Pros: Irresistible to Fish, Good For Variety Of Fish, Looks Realistic
Cons: Tends to come off hook
Best Uses: Fresh Water
Comments: One single egg kills the salmon, browns and steelhead on the salmon river in Pulaski NY, every hit we get by the salmon is in the mouth so great for fishing salmon as they acutally pick this bait up

Best bait I've ever used!
Pros: Easy To Store, Strong, Easy To Handle, Irresistible to Fish
Best Uses: Shore Casting, Fresh Water, Deep Water
Comments: A friend told me about these floating salmon eggs and we found that in Nevada and Northern California the floating orange is the best and always turned up success. Unfortunately, almost every store in Reno has stopped carrying the orange specifically. I wish they would come in very large quantities online so I could order in mass amounts. This is absolutely the best bait I have ever used for shore fishing, especially for trout.

I would buy this product again and again
Pros: Easy To Store, Irresistible to Fish, Easy To Handle
Cons: Not the best lasting
Best Uses: Fresh Water
Comments: I always use this with at least two different colors - pink/yellow and green/yellow are great combos - but all colors hit very well. Not as long lasting as the rubber eggs, but the strikes are great and no need to add scent to these eggs. All in all an excellent product for floating a hook from the bottom. I use 1/2 ounce egg sinker, 3 foot leader and 3 eggs on a number 4 hook very succesfully.

 Berkley Gulp Floating Salmon Eggs
Pros: Easy To Handle, Irresistible to Fish, Easy To Store
Cons: Poor Construction, Limited Use
Best Uses: Fresh Water
Comments: I use a combination of two different colors. Works great on Trout. Works better than the power eggs.
Stick with Magnum Power Eggs
Pros: Easy To Handle
Cons: Poor Construction, Fewer bites, Drys out, Easily torn from hook
Comments: "I bought a couple of jars of Gulp Eggs because they were susposed to be so much better. NOT TRUE! I caught far, far fewer trout on the Gulp than on the 'Power Bait' Power Eggs-Magnum I usually use. Not only do the trout not bite as well on them, but almost every bite you do get pretty much tears the eggs up and can hardly be reused, and, they dry out in the jar after a while and end up like hard little raisins. The Power Eggs on the other hand, (1) cost less (2) catch more fish (3) stay on the hook fish after fish after fish (4) don't dry out. Enough reasons for me! Sunrise and Chartreuse are my favorites. Don't waste your time and money on Gulp. My 2 cents."

 Deadly rainbow trout bait
Pros: Irresistible to Fish, Easy To Store, Good For Variety Of Fish, Easy To Handle, Looks Realistic
Cons: there are no cons
Best Uses: Ice Fishing, Fresh Water, Deep Water
Comments: I use this product in streams, lakes, and ponds to target rainbow trout. It outfishes everything else by far. I also have caught brown trout, brook trout, channel cats, carp, and panfish on this product. I can find nothing negative about the product except the fact that it is a little pricey!

 this is great stuff
Pros: Easy To Handle, Irresistible to Fish, Fish Don't Escape
Best Uses: Fresh Water
Comments: Never seen anything attract rainbows and goldens quite like the florescent orange. I was using berkleys turbo orange power dough and wasn't catchin' anything. and my buddie shows up with these eggs and slaughters the trout. he gave me a few and we both had our limit (6 each) 30 min later. great stuff, 3 day in a row. I'm goin again in the morning.

The pink ones rock in the eastern sierra
Pros: Irresistible to Fish, Easy To Handle, Fish Don't Escape
Cons: Looks Fake
Best Uses: Shore Casting, Fresh Water
Comments: IT seems that even when the trout are not biting well I always manage to catch a few on the pink ones.

 "Surprised"
Pros: Irresistible to Fish
Comments: I have been a Magnum Power Egg user for a long time and was pleasantly suprised at the performance of the Gulp Salmon Egg. Although it doesn't have the "stay on the hook" power of the Magnum, it makes up for it with an impressive attractant that rainbows hit all the time. Good product.

Pros: Fish Don't Escape, Irresistible to Fish, Easy To Store, Easy To Handle, Good For Variety Of Fish, Looks Realistic, The ONLY floating eggs
Best Uses: Trolling, Fresh Water, Deep Water
Comments: Double up on #8 hooks, add half inch of Berkley worm on tip of hook. This will catch 3 times more trout than most fishermen on the lake! When the trout fishing is SLOW I'll still catch 20 to 30 fish a day.Try different colors or double up on the same color till you find out the right pattern,so aways have three jars of each color on hand.
