This is a great product for the price. Very simple to use. The line stripper that comes with it does a fast job of stripping off line. The adjustable tension spoolholder works great, allowing the right amount of tension on the line while rewinding your reel. This product is also compact, allowing for easy storage on a trips.

the line stripper that comes with it is great!!!! the spooling device i do not like, it spools the line on unevenly especially on baitcasting reels. it needs some work!!!!!!

I use this to put new line on my 8 rods every yearr i got this at a sports store that backs it up the reason for the 4 stars is there's only cerent spools that will work on it it takes me 45 mins. to do 8 rods the other way i use to do it took me a week the bottom line it's the best thing that berkey came out with i'd highly recommend this to al my friends and other fisherman

Good even tention,speed,and simpel to use.The line striper is crazy fast so pay attetion to the reel spool. The built in line cutter is very conveniant. I would like to see it with a line counter. P.S. I added my own!!!

Stripping old line off reels and putting on new line...I have six down rigger poles and eight spinning and casting rods with varying types and weights of line... this Portable Reel Spooling Station is Super... It cuts the time by at least 75% over doiny this without equipment...
