Only after a few passes trolling the paint started to peel off. I thought that it was an issue with only a single spoon, but found out that all my Stinger Spoons have the same issue.

Use these stinger spoons every day trolling for salmon. The only time they dont catch a salmon is if the line breaks from one of them hog salmon.

Stingrays are quickly becoming my favorite spoons. They just flat out catch fish. Downriggers, dipsey divers, lead core, copper, it doesn't matter. These spoons have an action the REALLY seems to trigger strikes.

Michigan spoons seem lighter to me than the norm., thus giving a greater action when trolled at optimum speed. Color selection is fantastic. The Xmas tree tape pattern really seems to entice the strike.

I use them for Lake Ontario Salmon and Lake erie walleye and they have proven to have excellent action and fish catching ability,but i hope the make improvements on painting them as salmon tend to destroy the coating after only a few fish.
