In 40 years of fishing for Kamloops rainbow trout, the K O Wobbler has been the most productive 1/4 oz. spinning lure we have used. I like the traditional color, but all colors have been successful. The shape and the sonic flipper tail are hard to beat.

Been fishing Lake Taneycomo in Missouri for 25 years and this is the best artificial year in and year out. Consistantly produces fish when nothing else seems to. Great for trolling or casting from the docks.

Being a beginner I can only speak to the Quality of Acme Lures which in my opinion is excellent, if they work as good as they look I will be a happy camper. [...]

I use these spoons for salmon and steelhead on coastal rivers in Oregon. Usually the 1/2 oz. size. To reduce snagging on the bottom I remove the treble hooks and use a single siwash hook.
I use them in two ways. Trolling and casting from the bank. When casting I use the down stream current to make the spoon work just off the bottom.
The other method is cast slightly upstream and bounce the spoon along the bottom especially, for Steelhead.

I have used this spoon in Canada and U.S. caught Pike when no one else was, and other spec of fish too. I go to Canada and Mn at least 3 times a year. I am wanting to try it on lake trout, just have not had the chance. Would highly recommend.

Comments about Acme Tackle Company ACME K.O. Wobbler Spoons:
These are great for salmon, lake trout and walleye when fishing channels and rivers (pier fishing on great lakes). Smaller sizes also work surprisingly well for perch at times. On inland lakes it is great for pike and bass, inland streams some colors work great for trout. Only wish more sizes and colors were readily available.

Bang this lure on the bottom as much as possible during the drift. If you're not taking the risk of getting snagged, you're not fishing it properly. Let it drop all the way down until it ticks.
WA anglers are unaware of this little gem.
My very first time on the Stillagaumish R. (The Stilly), I hooked into a large and powerful chum salmon; caught on the 1/2 ounce nickle chartruse stripe.
The fish came right on the current seam in stong flow.
