I use these both in my kayak and my 23' boat. The Stripers don't even know what hit them when casted into a school. They are like candy for fish.

Comments about Storm Lures (Rapala) xxStorm WildEye Swim Shad 3 and 4 Baitsdisc.:

I'm a fishing guide in Ketchikan, Alaska and I use these for mooching (jigging) halibut and rock fish. The guests with very little experience have had no trouble hooking and hauling in trophy rock fish and halibut under 40 pounds. I use these without any bait and my boat always pulls in bigger and more fish than those using squid lures or herring baited lures. My only wish is that I had a choice in hook size. I bet if I had a bigger hook I'd have no trouble bringing in the bigger halibut.

The bass go crazy chasing this lure. Its simple to use it swims liks a real fish. Anyone can use it to jig or just a steady retrive to catch bass. My 12 year old son catches many 2 to 4 pound bass by just casting it out and slowly reeling it in the bass just chase it until they catch it and strike.

Comments about Storm Lures (Rapala) xxStorm WildEye Swim Shad 3 and 4 Baitsdisc.:

A great bait that attracts just about any kind of fish that's big enough to eat it - and some that aren't!
My one complaint, if any, would be that they don't survive very many strikes before the body gets tore from the jighead. But even torn - if it's still all there - it still catches fish!

Comments about Storm Lures (Rapala) xxStorm WildEye Swim Shad 3 and 4 Baitsdisc.:

I live in wyoming and I got tired of trout and found a place called bass lake. I purchased these swimbaits to fish for largemouth. I have had very good luck working the weed beds with this bait. The water is so clear you can easily see twenty feet down, so the lure has to be very lifelike and swim well. Which the swim shad does very well at dusk hours. I do wish that storm would use better scent on their baits though.
