One of the best lures for Big bluegills...tip w/waxies,Berkeley Gulp, however, remove the treble hook, and replace w/ single hook that's provided.

I always have an assortment of Swedish Pimples in my tackle line up. I like the single hook and multi color flippers . The single hook is a lot more humane becouse extraction is easy on small pan fish. Gives um a chance to grow into BIG fish stick's!!! Ya know what I mean??

This Nr 6 FON is used with a sharp uplift to make the lure swim in many directions. The effect is like a child going down a slide. This action triggers the Kokanee to chase and attack the lure. I use meal worms for bait. Pinch the head off and remove the black membrane. The white comes out and milks the water. It is the very best lure for Kokanee Salmon.Best prices online.

Works for crappie, walleye and pike through the ice very well. The painted ones could use a coat of sealer to keep the paint from fading & tarnishing.

I've only gotten to use swedish pipmples once for ice fishing, didn't catch anything on them, but didn't catch anything on any other lure or bait either.

I have been using pimples for as long as I can remember. I can't say I've caught much on them casting or trolling, but for ice fishing they are deadly! I've caught panfish, perch, trout, salmon, pickerel, pike. I think the only freshwater fish I haven't caught on them is a catfish. I have pimples in all sizes, small for panfish, perch, trout, larger for salmon, pike, ect. I always use the single hook with flipper, and don't forget to sweeten with a grub or piece of sucker. My most productive colors are gold, silver, and in deep water chartruse.

i havn't used the pimple much but from what i have i can see that it will work only on certain days when casting it. Also this lure has the ability to catch many differen't fish

I tried it in a pond with many crappie and they were being caught on jigs with wax worms but I could not get a bite with one tipping them with wax and with minnow. Have had good luck in other areas but didn't work as expected.
