After the bait hits the water simply let it sink. The bait has its own action and will wiggle and shake as it falls. When the fish strikes, generally there#39;s little doubt, reel down and set the hook. If the bait settles to the bottom give it three or four jerks using the rod tip. Then let the bait fall free again. This gives the bait the look of escaping baitfish running to the surface.

My absolute "go to" bait for shallow bassin'. Great for highly pressured fish. Rig weightless, Texas rig, or wacky rig, depending on cover. Will DEFINITELY catch fish. These baits will dry out if improperly stored, and if left in bright sun will become extremely soft and unusable. Catfish will devour these baits as well.

I love this bait...I plug the head end with 1/2 piece of finishing nail, which makes the head shake downward, while rigged "wacky" style, weedless hook. On my last 4 trips, I was catching at a 3 to 1 ratio over my fishing buddies with this set up. Bass hit it hard, so you don't have to even think that it's a branch, grass or some other obstruction in the water. I tried to find this bait when I ran out on my last trip, but could not find it locally. I ordered on line with no problems. I can't wait to try it on my next salt water fishing trip.

At first glance I didn't think the Sinking Minnow would
catch weeds. Could not have been more wrong. The quantity and size of the largemouth and smallies that I've been catching is absolutely unbelievable. Best part is is that my 7 year old son is able to fish with this bait. Easiest presentation of any bait I've ever fished with. Have had most success with the plain ol' black minnow. Thanks for such a great bait!

This is the best bait out there I use it only for largemouth bass and this bait does not dissapoint. I give it a few twitches and fish come running behind it.This bait leaves a blood trail that is irrestible to fish.The only bad thing about this bait is that when heat gets to it it becomes stiff but if you put it back in the pack it is just like new.
