Blackbird shot is great light split shot for finer fishing.This shot comes in a convenient dispenser with two sizes of shot per package, one size on each end, and a split soft rubber top to easily dispense the shot from either end. The red colored package contains shot in sizes BB-1 which weighs 3.5 grams and BB-3 which weighs 1.5 grams. The black colored package contains shot in sizes BB-2 which weighs 2.7 grams and BB-4 which weighs 1.3 grams.

These sinkers are easy to put on the line but hard to remove if you pinch them hard enough so they do not slip. I suggest that you put them on just above a knot so they can't slip down the leader, then pinch them just hard enough so that they will not fall off. This way they can be removed without too much difficulty.

This shot is great for shot lines. Heavy shot on top and lighter shot working your way down the shot line. When troting your float it keeps your fly bait or jig ahead of your float. Giving it a natural drift for Steelhead. Also it does not twist line due to its roundness. GREAT PRODUCT.
