I just decided to try my hand at Float Fishing using a Center Pin Reel and along with the new rod and reel I needed new line and leader material. I researched the options and chose Seaguar Fluorocarbon Leader Material. I have now tied a few leaders and made some snell hooks with it and it is a good choice for me.

I like this for low, clear water. It's not as strong as maxima for the same rating, but it's not as stiff, either.

This Fluro has proven itself over and over again to myself. It is by far the best fluro i've used over the years. Its strong and easy to tie knots with. I use 8lb in clear water for steel and have no problem hooking fish. Money well invested!

All florocarbon lines cut into bails on all spinning reels I have owned, and that's a lot... until the industry fixes the problem don't use florcarbon lines on them, or your just going to buy new reels or parts

We were out in the Winter King Derby here in Homer yesterday. This is the first time I've used flourocarbon leader for trolling. We didn't place in the derby, but we did land a nice 19pounder. There were over 700 anglers out there, and about 90 fish caught. Could be that our choice of leader made the difference for us, or maybe it was just luck -- who knows! I'll stick with this leader.
