Another beader told me about fireline and gave me some to try. I have used many different beading threads and fireline outperforms them all. I use the crystal the most often. It is strong, ties well, stays flexible even when going through the beads several times and does not stretch out of shape once the beading is finished. I am a fan.

I'm a deep water panfish angler and when the fish are deep and the bite is slow, sensitivity is extremely important and the 1 lb Crystal allows me to feel everything that's going on down there. I'm also impressed with the low memory as I use small ultra light reels which can be a nightmare when using even the best monofilament line. No line problems with this line.

Fireline 6# test is the best for beading bracelets and necklaces, it is strong, yet not hard to work with. In beading with 2 needles, it is great, one thing we miss is the pink Fireline!! We as beaders try to blend the beads with the colored Fireline, and the loss of the pink is awful as it went with so many different colors. The crystal, green and smoke are all good, and we hope to never loose them

A little difficult to tie your knots, but so worth the extra strength in the woven line versus mono filament. I have used the 2lb. crystal leader with great success & also the 4lb. Flame Green for trout fishing. Whether trolling a lure or just down fishing it's very nice to be able to see your line!

My husband and I do alot of trolling for pike and shore casting. We also fish for bass but not so much. We use Trilene products normally and are very happy with them. We watch alot of fishing shows and saw people endorsing Fireline Crystal. We tried it, but will never use it again. It breaks very easily. Twice I had a medium pike on and as soon as it rolled the line broke about 4 feet from my lure. My husband could take the line in his hands and pull and break it. We are very disappointed in this line.

The crystal fireline in 4lb test is exactly what I had been looking for, for alpine lake trout fishing. Much stronger than monofilament, you can really pull on it if you snag a lure - yet still clear - (unlike the 10lb test crystal fireline, which is very white.)

I actually use the Fireline for beading, not for fishing. :) I really like it, however -- it's very smooth, doesn't fray when I use glass or crystal beads, and it knots very securely. Maybe some of these comments will look good to fishers!

I use this product on my bait casters. It is a little stiffer than power pro and that makes it 100% better for this application. I rarely back lash and the distance is further. I haven't noticed much difference with any color of line I use, but this one dissapears so I just don't have to think about it at all. Knots tie easily and it seems to wear well. I fish for snook, tarpon, reds and largemouth/peacocks in South Florida so it sees some tough use and comes out fine.

I have noticed to get the max line on the spool I need to use one line class lighter than I would with Power Pro. It still over tests for the diameter for my application so I am good to go and very happy! I wish it came in other colors besides crystal and smoke as I mix and match my reels for effect.
