Wagglers are straight bodied floats which are attached to the line by threading the line through a small eye on the bottom of the float. This allows for the float to be used in a sliding fashion with the depth being set by either a small splitshot or a stop knot. This makes the Waggler float ideal for fishing deeper water venues.

really lite, at least the ones I bought, making them difficult to cast. The "loafer" floats are better for casting. I am going to try them as a strike indicator while drifting a nymph I think they will work fine for this application.

I use only Drennan floats now; what a pleasure it is to use a high quality float. It is very sensitive, quite durable (you can step on 'em!),
and versatile. I have all the different styles and sizes of crystal Drennans, and they are sine qua non. Try 'em - you'll never go back to balsa or styrofoam again.
