Comments about Redwing Tackle xxBlackbird 3 in 1 Steelhead System by Redwing TackleDisc.:

The blackbird float works! The plastic tops and bottoms where out quickly but try a bic lighter to burn down the ends and I found the balsa float then works well. I enjoy having the two different colors for different light conditions. Wish they provided more bobber stops but using the mono bobber stop trick works well too. Great float, but do not agree that the 5 gram version is truly a 5 gram seems more like 9 gram. Great for big water fishing like the Big Manistee here in Michigan

Comments about Redwing Tackle xxBlackbird 3 in 1 Steelhead System by Redwing TackleDisc.:

For centerpin fishing this float handles pretty much all water conditions, from fast rapids to the long smooth runs. Great visibility, yet sensitive when a fish calls!
