After watching my friends and family use the FL-8 on Lake of the Woods and out fish me I borrowed one and put the hooks to the fish. I now own one. Expensive but I now catch more fish. It helps find the fish. You can watch the fish come to your bait and if it rejects you try some other tackle. I think you need one.

I bought this flasher last year, used it all through the ice fishing season. I have been ice fishing for a few years and never used electronics. I caught my limit everytime with this,very easy to use.buy it!you wont regret it.
