Would be nice to have a place to put the end of the broken down handle into and then possibly a separate strap to secure the two together for travel.

Comments about StrikeMaster StrikeMaster Lazer Power and Hand Auger Blade Guard:

This wraps the auger blades perfectly and doesn't slip or shift, so it keeps your blades sharp instead of dulling them like other covers actually do. I got the 10" model, and love it. Also this is the cheapest I found it ANYWHERE! Definately will be buying from Fish USA again!!!

Comments about StrikeMaster StrikeMaster Lazer Power and Hand Auger Blade Guard:

Great protection for youself, your friends, your visitors on the ice, and of course the blades. Rough handling in-and-out of a sled or back of a truck may dislodge the rubber guard strap. Consider adding a tether to the strap as it may fly some distance.
