I always wanted to use braid for the sensitivity and strength but since all my summer bass fishing is done at night (with black light) I could only use mono. This is the only braid that glows under black light that I have been able to find. If any other line manufacturers had night fishing braid I might give them a try but for now Stren Microfuse Line by Stren is all I use.

Fishing small jigs

I find this line to be too light to fish 1/32oz jigs and smaller. Also gave it a fair try while jigging a bladebait in deep water. Kept getting tangled, even when only pulling it a foot up and letting the blade freefall. My buddy out fished me 3 to 1 with mono using the same baits. Was very tempted to take it off and send it back in an envelope. Hope 10# is better than the 6.
