This product is some the strongest line I have ever used. My first experience was dragging a large laydown to the boat using a shakeyhead with only 8 lb test. This product is great for the price.

I'm mainly a bass fisherman. I specialize in jigging and finesse plastics. This line is very tough and like most seaguar products it is very high quality. The new Seaguar Abraz-x product is an improvement over this product it is a little thinner diameter and much more supple and castable. In fact it tangles less in my open faces than mono...I will only fish with it as my main line now. That being said this line seems a little tougher, so if you need an extremely tough line (saltwater use) or great lakes this product is what you need.

I use a variety of mainlines including braid and mono, but when it comes to landing BIG fish in less than optimal conditions I depend on Seaguar Fluorocarbon. Have not found a mainline as abrasion resisitant as Seaguar. Have landed 30 pound fish using 6 pound test. Can't be beat.
