Fished the upper Sacramento River this past week and this net performed great. Caught Rainbows up to 22" and was glad I had this net to land these fish.Elastic strap secures net over your head and shoulder when wading in the water and aluminum frame can take a beating.Like the shape.

This is the best net I have owned. If a fly gets caught in the net cause of a fish it is easy to remove.

Add one old aluminum handle from a broken broom or mop and you have a "old mans" LONG REACH NET!
Tough to do that with a wooden one!

I LOVE IT AND HAVE IT EXTENDED TO ABOUT 41 INCHES LONG.

For the money, it's a very good net. Extremely lightweight and seems well constructed. The bungee cord/clip is OK but not the best way to carry this net. I'd personally remove it and use my own magnetic clip or similar.

I bought this landing net to replace a less expensive one that I had ordered. The cheaper net had mesh that was so rough it would have scrubbed the slime coat off any fish you used it on. This one has a soft, "fish-friendly" mesh that will facilitate catch-and-release. I threw the other one away and kept this one. For only a few dollars more it is far superior.
