Hot weather prevails in the Central Valley of Calif. during the summer and fall..so ladies on our team use the Chilly Pad to wipe off sweat from arms and legs....and to put on our neck between games. Really cools us down!! These stay cold for the entire match and can be easily refreshed with some water. A great product for any athlete who plays in hot weather!
