I have been using since October, nice gloves, keeps the hands warm, and yet I can easily tie on a new leader or adjust my float, this glove will work fine until we get into the 20's and below.

I do a lot of macinaw fishing on Flathead Lake in Montana in cold, nasty weather, and steelheading in Idaho in the fall and winter. I picked up two pair for my daughter and I, the price was right. The gloves are fleece, so they get wet. That's a given. However. If you're careful they do the job very nicely. If you know you're going to get wet, use neoprene, and keep these in your bag for transit across the water, handling the boat, etc. They've got a rough-surfaced neoprene palm patch to improve the grip, and the index finger and thumb tips fold back so you can change lures easily.

Flip top on thumb and pointer finger worked great. Kept my hands warm in the mid 20's while I was fishing. Shed water pretty well, retained heat while wet.
