The Avid Series Surf rods are built on St. croix'sunique SCIII graphite and SCIIW woven graphite blanks. The feature Fuji's new "tangle-free" Alconite ring tip top that prevents the line from catching on the frame base of the tip top, these rods are the standard by which surf rods are judged.
Features of these quality rods include the following:
- High-modulus SCIII graphite and SCIIW woven graphite
- Specialized taper designs for unequalled casting distance
- Custom cork tape rear grip and EVA foregrip
- Fuji reel seats
- Fuji's unique "tangle-free" tip top with Alconite ring
- Lightweight aluminum-oxide surf guides
