The South Bend R2F Ready 2 Fish Pink Spin Spinning Combo (R2F-PN/S) is a great outfit designed exclusively for the female angler. This freshwater combo includes a 6' 0", 2-piece, medium action composite rod with a medium sized reel and a tackle pack that features a variety of jigs, soft baits, lures, bobbers, sinkers and a stringer. A fishing guide is also included to help you get started. This combo is perfect for bass and panfish.
The 6' 0", 2-piece, medium action composite rod is rated for 6 to 14 pound test line with a lure weight of 1/4 to 1/2 oz. This rod features a contoured, down-locking reel seat with comfortable eva foam grips. The split grip design adds sensitivity to the rod. This rod includes and five guides plus the tip top with pink and silver wraps.
The reel features full graphite construction with a machined aluminum spool and a ball bearing drive. The line capacity is 270 yds./6 lb., 185 yds./10 lb. and 135 yds./12 lb. It includes a balanced rotor for smooth operation, a powerful front click drag and a comfortable handle and grip. This reel comes pre-spooled with 8 lb. monofilament line.
