The South Bend R2F Ready 2 Fish Eclipse Telescopic Spinning Combo (R2F-SPN/TEL) is a great outfit designed for medium light duty fishing. This freshwater combo includes a telescopic 5' 6" medium-light action composite rod with a medium size graphite spinning reel and a tackle pack that features a variety of jigs, soft baits, lures, bobbers, sinkers and a stringer. A soft travel case and fishing guide is also included to help you get started wherever your adventures may take you. This combo is perfect for small bass and panfish.
The 5' 6" medium-light action composite rod is rated for 6 to 10 pound test line with a lure weight of 1/8 to 5/16 oz. The telescopic design measures approximately 21" when collapsed. This rod features an up-locking graphite reel seat with comfortable eva foam grips. This rod includes and two guides plus the tip top.
The reel features full graphite construction with a graphite spool and a ball bearing drive. The line capacity is 160 yds./6 lb., 135 yds./8 lb. and 100 yds./10 lb. It includes a comfortable handle and grip. This reel comes pre-spooled with 6 lb. monofilament line.
The included travel case features tough, nylon construction with durable stitching and construction for years of use. The Rod and Reel combo as well as the included tackle pack all store inside. This case is olive green in color and features an adjustable carrying strap and velcro closures.
