The Shakespeare Ugly Stik Catfish Spincast Combo is the perfect setup for anglers targeting catfish who want a durable rod and reel that's built to last. This combo makes it easy, just add line and your favorite bait and you're ready to fish.
This combo includes a 2-piece, 7' 0" medium-heavy Ugly Stik rod and a ball bearing drive spincast reel. The rod features aluminum oxide guides with stainless steel frames, glow-in-the-dark tip guides, a downlocking graphite reel seat with stainless steel hood and comfortable eva foam front and rear grips. The reel features a smooth single ball bearing drive, graphite body and metal cone, a strong drag system and comes prespooled with Stren monofilament line.
