Redington's CD series reels have features often only available in more expensive reels. The CD is made of anodized machined 6061 barstock aluminum, and is a "mid arbor" style (between a regular arbor and a large arbor reel). The "CD" stands for its center drag mechanism that includes a cork drag washer. The CD is available in two sizes and two colors - anodized black and silver.
