RIO VersiTip II Fly Line comes with a selection of interchangeable tips that allow anglers to switch tips as fishing and water conditions change. A unique mending and handling section at the back end of the head enables anglers to mend effectively and control the fly fishes at range. Ultra strong, slim welded loops on the front of each tip makes for super-fast rigging. A loop on the front end allows anglers to change rigs quickly.


VersiTip II Fly Line features Density Compensation to ensure the line and tip sinks straight and not in a curve, plus AgentX Technology coating, and XS Technology coating for enhanced performance, durability, and slickness. This line also has a DualTone marking system to identify the loading area of each fly line.

Each VersiTip II Fly Line package comes with the following four 15ft. tips:

• Floating
• Clear Intermediate (1.5 - 2ips)
• Type 3 Sink (3 - 4ips)
• Type 6 sink (6 - 7ips)
