Wulff's

The Wulff family of dry flies are very good attractor patterns. Lee Wulff developed this fly in the early 1930's and it has been a staple in anglers fly boxes ever since. This fly is tied with a elk or deer hair tail and a wing of deer or calf hair, along with heavy hackling. This is a very good choice for a searching dry fly on pocket water.

These flies are tied on Mustad or Dai-Riki hooks and are hackled with Hoffman (Whitting Farms) hackle.

Please note that Gray is available in sizes 14, 16 and 18. Royal is available in sizes 12, 14, 16 and 18. White is available in sizes 10, 12, 14.
