THE TRUTH
Reviewed:

About Me:
These are good blanks, and good cork handles. Not as much filler as the competition. BUT these rods are notorious for having the eyelets placed incorrectly according to where the spine of the rod blank is. BIG NO NO! Also misaligned guides is a problem. Happened to me on a st croix legend as well. The tip broke off too. If your looking to get one of these, make sure you go to the store. That way you know what your getting. All rods are not created equal, even if they are identical model rods. It would be a good rod if they put it together properly. All the parts are there.

Pros: good blank, good cork

Cons: bad assembly

I have bought both the ultra light for panfish and the medium light for walleye.  So far I have only been able to use the ultra light and have really liked it.  It is very sensitive but still has a good back bone for good hook sets.  All in all a good rod value!

Pros: Sensitive, Excellent feel, Good Tip Action

Cons: none

If it is lighweight that you need with the backbone to go along with it then this is the rod for you. Coming in at a mighty 24" this rod can fight the smallest perch all the way up to a dinner sized pike. With its size you can put this in your everyday backpack and trek across the frozen heaven you are fishing.

Pros: Lightweight, Durable

About Me:

Dont have anything bad to say about this rod. I have the 36" mh spinning. If you're fishing in a hut probably get a bit shorter rod, other than that this rod is awesome for jigging everything from a 3/4oz tube jig, to an 1/8oz kastmaster. Do not hessitate to buy. Love the reel seat!

Pros: Lightweight, Good Tip Action, Sensitive

Cons: Breaks Easily

Best Uses: Large Fish, Ice Fishing
